This project is all about the views. The hillside site presented challenges in steep terrain, which we adapted to the client’s advantage – no easy feat within a 30×40 footprint. Each floor boasts over one hundred square foot of porches and balconies, including a roof top terrace. We designed a partial basement to take advantage of the slope. This lower level game room is the perfect escape from the bustling cityscape beyond.
