These infill units demonstrate our skill blending within an established residential neighborhood.  We designed eight units to increase density where one stood previously.  These floorplans combine duplexes, single-family, and accessory dwelling units or ‘ADUs’.  All have the amenities of nearby homes with private off street parking and fenced yards.
