Kipp Flores Architects was commissioned by the homeowner to design a rural home primarily to meet the needs of the couple and their guests. This ended up as essentially a one bedroom main house for the full time residents, with attached casitas or guest houses for the friends and family to visit. These casitas cluster around an entry courtyard.
