This is the second custom home that Kipp Flores designed for this client.  The client wanted to situate the home to take advantage of the beautiful Hill Country views and the Colorado River.  The urban design focused on the couple’s love of entertaining, both indoors and outdoors.  One of the desired design components was having an all-glass entry that was inviting and brought the outdoors in.  Clean, modern lines are seen throughout the home along with elegant details. Max Award judges awarded this home with the Homebuilders Association 2017 Best Custom Product Design.
