Sabas Flores designed this hillside retreat for Austin’s Parade of Homes. The site’s expansive views provided the inspiration. He chose to orient the open core of the home towards the hill country horizon – highlighting the poolscape and over 1000 square feet of covered porches and patios. Interior features such as a nana suite and craft/utility room entice buyers with specialty spaces. This single level design won six awards including Best In Show:
