Design

We form a team with you and your staff to create product lines that make a statement in your marketplace and set you apart from your competition. We utilize our experience working within home site limitations and our market research to develop designs that translate into increased profits for you.

Working Drawings

Whether your market is introductory or luxury, your business success depends on designs that not only appeal to a wide target market, but cost out effectively and come together quickly in the field. Subcontractors recognize the efficient clarity of our production drawings and the close attention we pay to using standard lengths and avoiding waste. This translates into lower bids and greater profits. Our typical working drawings include the following:
  • Floor plan
  • Front elevation(s) with strip plan
  • Side and rear elevations
  • Cabinet elevations
  • Section drawing on two story plans
  • Roof Plan
  • Schematic roof, ceiling and floor framing
  • Foundation outline
  • Detail sheets

Site Plan

Included on a standard plot are property lines, setbacks, easements, streets, new & existing structures with dimensions, flatwork, legal & address, impervious cover, proposed utility connections; grades & finished floor elevation including drainage if provided for initial site plan preparation.

Optional Services

Additional items may be requested such as; Printing, Research, Electronic files, Engineering, Energy calculations, Field trips, Architectural consultation, Inclusion of lumber lengths, Plywood decking layouts, Plumbing locations on the foundation, Additional detail sheets, Renderings, Graphics, Models, Mock-ups, and stock plans.
