Design Development

Our Multifamily Project Coordinator, Jason Williams, works with you to define density, layout, and target market for the site. This land use study is used as a basis for the rest for the project from unit design to FHA details. Our multi family design development consists of the following:

Construction Document Development & Engineering

Our team has worked in builders’ offices and have an extraordinary understanding of the multi-family residential industry from a builder’s point of view. This kind of expertise enables the firm to design cost effectively by controlling square footage costs and paying close attention to mechanical and structural details.
