Design Development

Our Multifamily Project Coordinator, Jason Williams, works with you to define density, layout, and target market for the site. This land use study is used as a basis for the rest for the project from unit design to FHA details. Our multi family design development consists of the following:
  • Site plan design (architectural site plan for civil engineering use)
  • Schematic unit floor plan design
  • Schematic building floor plan design
  • Schematic elevation(s) design

Construction Document Development & Engineering

Our team has worked in builders’ offices and have an extraordinary understanding of the multi-family residential industry from a builder’s point of view. This kind of expertise enables the firm to design cost effectively by controlling square footage costs and paying close attention to mechanical and structural details. Construction documents include:
  • Cover sheet and drawing index
  • Individual unit floor plan(s)

  • One (1) Section on two-story plans
