Building a New Foundation of Hope

When asked to participate in the new Children's Shelter, Kipp Flores enthusiastically agreed. Adjacent to the Mueller redevelopment in Austin, the Shelter includes a new 13 acre facility - more than doubling their previous capacity for housing and increasing the on-site services offered. Kipp Flores has donated much of architectural services for the campus including help with the treatment, housing, office, and services building designs and construction drawings. We support this cause to provide a safe haven for abused and neglected children. This community collaboration includes contributions of services, land, time and donations.

The Grand Opening in October of 2009 inlcuded three of the five cottages.  Your help is needed to meet their goal of expansion.  The additional cottages will open as funding becomes available.  To get involved and support the "Building a New Foundation of Hope" Capital Campaign, go to their website at www.austinchildrenshelter.org.
