Kipp/Flores Architects began doing business in 1987. Both Cary Kipp, A.I.A. and Sabas Flores, A.I.A. are graduates of the University of Texas School of Architecture. They began their careers together with a large national builder where they were responsible for the design of 4,000-5,000 single family and multifamily units a year. It was there they combined their knowledge from UT with the training from a builder’s perspective to begin their own architecture firm concentrating on residential homebuilders.

Throughout their careers, both Cary Kipp and Sabas Flores have been called upon to deliver homes and apartments that appeal to a broad market while building efficiently and costing out effectively.

Our design and production team has worked together for most of the twenty-three years the company has been in business. We’ve received many national design awards by collaborating with builders and their staffs to create homes that sell.
