History

Cary Kipp, A.I.A. and Sabas Flores, A.I.A. are graduates of the University of Texas School of Architecture. They began their careers together as designers for a large national builder, where they led the design team responsible for a construction volume of 4,000 to 5,000 single- and multi-family units per year.

They combined their knowledge from UT with the training from a builder’s perspective to found KippFlores in 1987, concentrating on residential homebuilders.

Throughout their careers, both Cary Kipp and Sabas Flores have delivered homes and apartments that appeal to a broad market while building efficiently and costing-out effectively.

Our design and production team has worked together for almost 15 years. We’ve won many national design awards by collaborating with builders and their staff to create homes that sell. KippFlores is the kind of place where people are excited to come to work each morning. We’re a close-knit group who have become friends with each other and with our clients.
