The Bluff at the Dominion – 7242 Bluff Run and 7238 Bluff Run

Cary Kipp of Kipp Flores Architects designed two projects in this year’s Parade of Homes for Sitterle Homes.  Both emphasize openness and the outdoors.  Cary chose to orient the core of the homes towards both the side and rear of the lot – maximizing natural light and yard access on these zero-lot line designs. Check out an excerpt on Cary’s homes below, or read through the full list of projects showcased this year in the October issue of NHOME magazine.

As you enter our Parade home, unique wainscoted walls and wood beams greet you with a moody vibe – setting the tone for an eclectic industrial home. The rest of the home transcends into a lighter color palette of soft neutrals. Varying textures in fabrics and finishes play a key role. Straight lines paired with warm wood, stone & brick details create the perfect combination of old and new.
